Our success requires smart IT solutions due to all the digitisation taking place. As a result, Scania IT will be an important facilitator in this change process. A significant part of Scania's future success is built on IT solutions that help the business to function effectively. Skilled and professional employees with experience of IT are a key component. We are therefore looking for someone who loves .NET development and the challenge of getting people and technology to function as a team to achieve optimal results. You also see opportunities for personal development in a technology-intensive global company. You will be joining Services Delivery IT, which provides IT support to various parts of Scania's aftermarket business, e.g. warranty, spare parts, connected services or workshop support. Do you enjoy working in a sociable and friendly atmosphere, are you down-to-earth and do you like sharing your skills? Then we'd like to hear from you.
You will play a central role in our development team and will have many contacts around the Scania organisation. The development team is responsible for all the pieces of application and service development. You will be involved in requirements work, development, testing and release management.
You will work in close cooperation with the rest of the Agile team on product and process owners on issues relating to functional guidelines – in both the long and short term.
We are looking for someone with significant experience of .NET and Microsoft’s ancillary products, good social skills and planning ability. You will be result-oriented and have a genuine interest in developing yourself further within .NET. As the development team has adopted an Agile approach to work, we expect that you will have worked on development in Agile contexts, and will have used methods such as Scrum or Kanban.
We believe you will also have:

- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Swedish
- Self-motivation and an ability to lead others
