The role as Enterprise Architect, the “Billing Collection and Payment” and “Finance” Domains
Are you an expert on payments, billing and the systems needed to support this? Are you interested in driving the agenda for one or our most important technical domains both at executive level and together with the projects delivering tomorrow's billing and financial IT-solutions? Then this is the perfect match for you!
The domains are currently undergoing extensive changes that is a challenge to our existing systems. RSA Group is using an adapted version of TOGAF globally and a principle based approach to Enterprise architecture that focus on increased operational efficiency, using standard systems and services and agile integration to enable end-to-end digitalization and a customer centric approach to IT.
The CTO team works in close cooperation with the local business in Sweden, Norway and Denmark and the global team to support finding the best match between short-term solutions and long term enterprise needs. The Enterprise Architect (EA) will own, detail and govern the core domain of “Billing, Collection and Payment” including invoice, commission, claims recovery management and AD/AP. The EA will own, detail and govern the “Finance/ERP” Domain. The EA may support other support domains (Supply Chain and HR) when needed and will act as backup for at least one additional domain.
The role is placed in Stockholm or Copenhagen.
Your profile and knowledge
You will be responsible for driving the “Billing Collection and Payment” and “Finance” Domains within RSA Scandinavia and ensure that the business achieves continuous improvement and alignment to the RSA Scandi Target Architecture and relevant IT support to the processes within the domain. You have experience of existing and developing IT trends in the Payment area and know the similarities and differences in Sweden, Norway and Denmark.
You will be a key player in our team of Enterprise Architects and are comfortable in both reviewing and receiving feedback from others in the team. You enjoy collaboration and team play, will fight hard for your idea and always treat others with respect.
You will ensure timely adaption, innovation and adjustments to the domain fitting current and future demands and ensure cost efficient use of IT within the domain. You advice on how to prioritize IT investment needs in order to stay current. Together with the projects and country portfolio managers you find the best fit between short term needs and long term strategic fit.
Currently we are securing the ongoing transition to a new ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics AX) and secure the alignment with the “Finance” domain strategy. Thus, a deep understanding of MS Dynamics AX and it´s possibilities is required.
The role will report directly to the CTO within the Strategy and Architecture team and your key stakeholders will include the CIO, CFO, CHRO and the Strategic Change Directors for each of the countries within RSA Scandi and the shared functions. You may be working under tight timescales and budgets, and managing complex requirements, stakeholders and reporting. You will be used to both working at the strategic level and getting involved in understanding the detail on specific projects. You will have strong leadership, stakeholder and decision-making skills, delivery focused and be able to influence others and maintain effective working relationships with senior managers.
The role will require extensive intra-Nordic travel.
You believe that done is better than perfect and you like to take ownership and drive solutions even when outside your immediate domain and responsibilities. You are interested in everything but very, very specialized in your domain and its processes and systems (and able to explain why that is important to RSA Scandinavia). A typical CV would contain:
- M.sc, B.Sc. or equivalent within Informatics or Computer Science domain
- + 10 years' experience from IT
