We are looking for a driven Operational Developer - IT who will play a key role in fulfilment of larger international IT projects at FlexLink. You will be an important part of a progressive and creative team who are seeking to achieve significant growth over the next five years in the field of IT development.

Main activities and responsibilities

As Operational Developer - IT you will analyze the business needs and based on them propose relevant IT solutions. You will plan and manage the execution of IT related projects that are critical to the company and handle system requirement definition based on business needs. Based on analyzed needs you will advise the business how to digitize business processes and recommend changed behaviors. Your target will be to continually improve the business processes. You will be based at our Headquarter in Gothenburg, Sweden. You will report to Senior Manager ICT.

Who are you?

  • Minimum a Bachelor degree in relevant areas preferable in IT or Information Systems (Systemvetenskaplig linje)
  • 5 -10 years of experience in Business Demand Management and Project Management
  • Good understanding of e-commerce, CRM, business systems or PLM
  • PMI or lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification will be meritorious
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
