We are currently looking for driven persons to the role of Financial Analyst within the area of Performance development & Business Intelligence. As a Financial Analyst within this area you will be a member of the Financial Planning & Analysis team, where you are expected to work independently with your own responsibilities, but also support our BU finance team by compiling, analyzing and following up on performance development & Business Intelligence Harmonization. The main purpose of the role is development of finance professionals and ownership & development of the current finance systems owned by the Strategic Business Unit. This includes:

- Responsible for all finance related trainings both for operations and for finance professionals. This involves:
o Contact with formal learning centers
o Setting the yearly learning plan for both Finance professionals and Operations managers
o Giving trainings on specific topics
- Responsible for all finance systems owned by the strategic business unit with a keen interest in developing mgmt. reporting further.
- Highly involved with the integration of new BI strategy with roll out of new BI tool during calendar year 2018
- Contribute in discussions related to the results , risks and opportunities
- Prepare presentations and spreadsheets for monitoring results To seek the role of Financial Analyst, you should have:

- 5+ years of work experience in auditing, financial controlling, business controlling or financial planning & analysis.
- Experience from Project accounting is a plus
- You have a master's degree from a reputable university in economics or industrial economics or equivalent, preferably focusing on accounting, finance, financial management or management.
- As a person, you are analytical, outgoing, foresight and initiative. You should be interested in working with reporting and analysis, financial systems, accounting policy and driving change.
- You communicate well, in English, have high social skills, are comfortable with many contact areas and are comfortable with Excel & Powerpoint.
- It is a merit if you have had project management roles earlier when you are expected to be able to run your own projects independently.
- You should also have a strong interest in BI systems and a strong knowledge in project accounting.
- Willing to travel around the Nordics
