Our manager for Production Logistics IT is taking up new challenges in the organization. Are you interested in an exciting and demanding next leadership role, then this could be the right challenge for you.

The group consists of 24 people, organised in 3 delivery teams. The group is responsible for the Scania built product MONA, that is supporting Scania’s Production and Logistics (P&L) ERP processes. With that, the group is involved in a major part of the business transformation within P&L and are responsible for a product which availability is prerequisite for most of P&L day to day operation. Scania is undergoing major changes in its business model which has large consequences on the IT support for P&L. New IT support will arise an co-exist with the current landscape for a long time. This will put high co-exist demands on the product and your group.
As group manager you will also be accountable for IT for Logistics Centre Sweden. Often a complete business delivery is a combination of deliveries within the department and you are active in securing the value delivery to the business.
As a member of the section´s  leadership team for Logistics IT you are active in developing the section in line with our strategy.

Your profile
Our successful candidate will be an experienced leader with the courage to drive changes. Being a leader comes naturally to you, as does decision making. As a leader you communicate expectations and know that feedback is crucial in driving the development of both team and individual. Based on business and IT visions, you are creating a long term roadmap for your team. You like developing people and give them prerequisites to grow.

To succeed in this role you have strong stakeholder management skills and understand the business that we are supporting. You probably have an IT education and/or equivalent experience which has given you the ability to talk in terms of IT matters and understand the reality of the users and business critical deliveries. It is an advantage if you have experience from IT support for industrial production, ERP and ISA95. In addition to Swedish, you need to be proficient in written and spoken English.
