Delivery Manager to Emric
Emric, part of Tieto Group, is seeking a Delivery Manager to join our Customer Operations organization and our customer account team. You will independently and pro-actively drive the sales of Emric’s product and service portfolio towards existing clients in the Nordic market, in order to grow the business of Emric, develop our services as well as our client’s businesses and grow our client’s revenues. Within the Customer account- and delivery management team, we engage our customers in finding new ways of accelerating their businesses. You will play a key role in all stages – from business development ideation, drive and coordinate product- and service delivery from a commercial perspective, budgeting, customer dialogues as well as planning.
As Key Account Manager/Delivery Manager, your main focus will be to actively develop our client’s business and customers and seek business opportunities for Emric with existing clients. With high energy and persistence, you will strengthen our customer relationships, manage opportunity pipelines, develop our client’s business and ensure the commercial aspect of all deliveries. In addition, you will:
- Take overall ownership of CSI and NPS scores for existing clients related to products and delivered services.
- Drive improvement plans and coordinate department heads to fulfill changes for improvement.
- Take overall responsibility for product- and service delivery quality and customer fulfillment
- Have functional responsibility for Emric customer account team and service delivery managers as well as business analysts delivering service to Emric clients
Fluency in English and Swedish is a must, and as a person you are independent, communicative and innovative with a strong customer focus and the ability to build and maintain relations. You enjoy working as part of a team, but have a pro-active approach with a hunger to take responsibility on an individual level. And last but not least, you thrive in a role where you can contribute to our customers’ and our business’ success.
To be the successful candidate for this position you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and/or business development within the financial services industry, with proven good results. You probably have experience of customers in lending, leasing, or banking and therefore understand the complexity of our customers business. Your personality is characterized by a high level of energy, responsibility and a strong will to succeed. You possess good negotiation skills. Your approach towards customers is both commercial, strategic and you thrive in a business oriented environment.
