Talent Acquisition partner
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition specialist to join our professional Recruitment team in the Nordics. If you have experience from Search and Recruitment and possesses a self-starter attitude and are ready to take the next steps in your early career, you might be the one we are looking for! With us you will be responsible for
- Full life cycle recruitment in one or multiple business units mainly within our Swedish market
- Find, excite, and engage passive candidates
- Screen resumes and interview candidates
- Collaborate and share knowledge and practices with the team
- Package and present performance & quality of hiring pipelines for main key stakeholders
- Drive improvements to enhance our recruiting process
Your profile and background
You have experience of working as a recruiter in a high volume environment. Despite high workload, you don´t give up on the aim to ensure that every candidate you meet will have a positive experience. We assume that you are flexible and can work in a highly dynamic fast paced environment where you love to work with different tasks and people every day. As our business is developing all the time we expect you to be adaptive to change and embrace that kind of culture. Change is a constant in Tieto!
To fit this role we think you have an university degree in PA or a similar education and at least two years experience from working as a recruitment consultant or similar. We also want your speech and writing skills to be fluent in Swedish and English.
