System Analyst to Public, Healthcare and Welfare

With us You will be Responsible for

As System Analyst you will be part of a development team placed in Tieto premises in Stockholm. You will work closely with our customer and help them to analyze requirements both for new and current functionality of the system. You are involved in the entire system life cycle; from requirements to final delivery of a new release. During the development phase of a project you help the team to clarify requirements as well as actively participating in system tests.

We are working towards an agile and lean-based working environment and expect you to feel comfortable to contribute towards those methods.

You will:

  • Plan and run requirements work together with the customer and the team
  • Capture, analyze and document requirements
  • Participate in the design of the system's user interface
  • Communicate with stakeholders about needs and solutions
  • Perform system tests
  • Help to continuously improve our practices regarding requirements

We expect you to have

You have experience in managing and coordinating system requirements and producing requirement specifications and an ability to see the bigger picture. You have good understanding of how technical changes impact on functionality and design, an understanding of what our customers want and need with an ability to having a dialogue with both the customer and the development team on this.

We prefer you to have:

  • About 3 years experience of working with requirement analysis in business and IT
  • Relevant university degree or equivalent qualification gained through work experience
  • Experience of agile methods
  • Experience of managing workshops
  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and in writing
  • Experience and interest in working with UX
  • Experience from system testing
  • Ability to communicate problems and solutions at an operational level as well as at a technical level
  • Genuine interest in process development and requirements management

It is an advantage if you have experience from system development and if you have worked in the municipal and/or the healthcare sector.
