The group Corporate Relations IT within Sales IT is responsible for service development and IT-deliveries to Corporate Relations business area. We work with the entire system development process, from concept development to implementation and production. Today’s group manager is taking up new challenge in the organization and we are now looking for an experienced group manager wanting to broaden her/his knowledge within the business area of Corporate Relations.

Your duties will include:
  • Continue driving the change towards agile ways of working in close co-operation with Corporate Relations business area
  • Ensure your team’s ability by developing self-organized team
  • Motivate, engage and develop your team members
  • Responsibility for the team’s delivery in close cooperation with the business area
  • Lead the team to develop innovative and cost efficient solutions and services which maximize business value
  • Work with forecasting, capacity planning and financial follow up
  • Being an active member in the Sales IT management team

Your profile
You are a natural leader, who has the courage to drive change and take decisions along the journey. As a leader you communicate expectations and know that feedback is vital in driving the development of both team and individuals. Having a close dialogue and cooperation with the business is natural to you, as is understanding your team’s deliverables. You have good knowledge in IT and like to handle both strategic and technical discussions. You have proven experience from  coaching and leading teams in their journey towards continuous delivery. Working with budget, capacity planning is part of your daily work. You have succeeded in transforming a delivery with a third party supplier to an agile way of working in a global environment. In addition to Swedish, you need to be proficient in written and spoken English.
A merit if you have been working with Cloud computing and Content Management Platform like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
