Scania is currently undergoing an exciting transformation from a traditional truck manufacturer to a provider of complete sustainable transport solutions. IT is a crucial part of this transformation as Scania’s success is depending on flexible and efficient IT solutions that support current and future business requirements.

The recruiting group is one of three groups working with Scania Maintenance. At Scania Maintenance we work with a new system solution that creates and optimizes individual maintenance plans based on real-time data from the truck to tailor the plans according to each customer’s specific needs. The group is responsible for implementation of the product in Scania’s markets and for supporting the implemented markets.

Your responsibility
The team is currently looking for an implementation manager that will take responsibility for the IT implementation of the product in a number of markets. The work includes coordination of IT related activities with business representatives and with IT representatives in Scania business units around the world. Your main task is understanding the setup for the concerned markets and how to integrate the central applications with local applications. You will work in a team consisting of several implementation managers working closely together to support and help each other.
Your profile
  • We are looking for someone who has good communicative skills and easy to understand new systems
  • You should be a team player that motivates other people to do their best
  • We see that you are a curious person that are eager and quick to learn
  • Fluent in English is a requirement since communication with different business unit is to be expected on daily basis
  • We also see that you have an interest of understanding both the IT setup and the business out on the market
  • You should have an University degree, preferable within IT
