The work environment at Scania’s IT department is international and our employees are representing many different nationalities and countries. The Department End User Productivity aims to deliver services aimed towards internal customers that are working in an office environment. The department has a global responsibility for many of our productivity services. Our delivery team is designed today to have a complete and full responsibility within a certain area of services.

What challenges do we offer?
As a Group Manager for Communication and Collaboration you will support and develop our staff. You are responsible for the group's deliveries, planning and resource balancing. You will also join the Section Management Team and participate in the development of the section and department.

The Group Communication and Collaboration today largely works with Microsoft products, where we maintain an on premise solution for Exchange, Skype and Office products, and at the same time the team is already moving heavily into the Cloud and Office 365. The team focuses on user enablement, where creating business value and increased end user productivity is the main challenge.

To this exciting and dynamic environment we are now looking for a new manager who is enthusiastic for collaboration in general and Microsoft technologies in particular.

What profile do we believe you have?
For you to be successful in this role we believe you have good communicative skills and that you easily  understand new systems. You should be a team player that motivates other people to do their best. We see that you are a curious person that are eager and quick to learn.
  • you are a modern kind of leader, e.g. being able acting like a servant leader, who believes that the best way to reach desired result is to empower, motivate and develop the team
  • you have an interest of understanding both the IT setup and the business out on the market
You should have an University degree, preferable within IT, or comparable and you are fluent in English since communication with different business unit is to be expected on daily basis.
