CGI Global Technology Operations offer and deliver infrastructural services to leading clients, and we are now searching for an experienced ITSM Specialist working on a Nordic level ITSM tool Request Management handling. The ITSM Tools unit is responsible for delivering the ITSM tools (ticketing system, portal, reporting etc.) to support our internal operations, clients and services. Preferred location is in Sweden/Bromölla but negotiable.

The main tasks of the ITSM Specialist role is to deliver in the Request Management process to secure data quality, approve requests and support our internal service provider, Shared Services organization located in Portugal, with the Service Request handling processes. This is to ensure the best possible delivery efficiency and business value for our engagement teams and clients.

The Request Management function is being built up during the spring 2018 and you will play an important role in the success of setting up and developing this new operations. At the early stages the main task is to validate and approve the data quality of Swedish clients and services. We have a plan in the near future is to extend process to whole Nordic level and to selected service request execution and incident task handling.• Ensure Service Request quality by
• Reviewing submitted Service Requests regarding submitter authorization level
• Verify that prerequisites are met for Service Requests:
• Clear and correct description
• Associated data template(s) are attached
• Validate request from Business perspective
• Validate request from Tool & Technology perspective
• Confirm correct information is provided to fund the request
• Combine different Service Requests impacting the same data elements into one request to reduce volumes
• Approve Service Requests in ITSM Approval Central
• Agreed Request Management / incident tasks
• User data administration
• User access management
• Other tasks that are transferred from Portugal Shared Services to the Nordic team• Ability to act as focal point for Request Management
• Good understanding of ITIL processes (especially service request, incident and change management)
• Good understanding of ITSM and data structures
• Good knowledge of ITSM products, preferable Remedy
• Good understanding of CGI client business processes
• Good communication skills
• Good coordination skills
• Strong Swedish and English language skills
