With us you will be responsible for
We are looking for a Manager who will lead a product development team of about 30 people located in Sweden at our offices in Karlstad and Umeå. As Line Manager you will be responsible for the yearly HR processes such as Talent & Performance Management, Competence development and Salary review as well as driving and supporting growth of individuals and teams. You will also have delivery responsibility.


Furthermore, you will contribute and drive ideas on how to grow our business in the area of R&D Tooling Solutions together with other line managers, business developers and sales managers.


We expect you to have
You are the ideal candidate for this position if you have a strong drive combined with a proactive way of working. You are a natural leader and act as a change agent also outside your own area of responsibility. You are distinct in your leadership and has the ability to convey strategies and value of cooperation by means of clear communication.

Experiences that are essential for the role is a background from SW development with technical understanding in the areas of Telecom, IoT and Cloud. You have a curiosity for new techniques like AI, microservices, containers etc. Experience from sales work and customer interactions is a merit as you will be meeting customers and support our sales managers. You have a good understanding of agile development and DevOps as well as excellent communication skills, both in Swedish and English. We believe that you have manager experience in which you have been successful. Multicultural delivery coordination skills are also seen as meriting.

You are easy to work with and being a team player is natural for you. In addition you act without prestige and contributes strongly to dialogue and an open climate. You use feedback frequently in your work and have the ability to create an inspiring working climate in your working place. Cooperation with sales, offerings and other line manager are important.
