A Servant Leader as Manager within Services Delivery IT

The ongoing program Digital Dealer will help establish efficient dealer operation by providing correct and optimized information to all the sales and service employees aligned with the sales and service processes, to improve customer satisfaction and business.
In order to successfully support this program, the group Digital Dealer within Services Delivery IT will, together with the business, transform towards improved flow orientation with focus on agile ways of working, cloud computing and open source technologies.
We are now looking for a Servant Leader, who wants to join this section and help us to delivering the future IT solutions in this area, and also secure that the services already in production is running in an effective way. Your team will be part of an self-organized team, but you also have services handle by a Managed Service located outside Sweden.
Your primary responsibility is to the people in your team and we think that you are prestige less, energetic and with a strong focus to coach your employees and consultants to reach new heights!
Your duties will include:
- Continue driving the change towards agile ways of working in close co-operation with business
- Ensure your team’s ability by developing self-organized team
- Develop your team and individuals through coaching, mentoring, and feedback
- Improve the technical expertise of your team on e.g. managing tech debt, system performance, security and maintainability
- Lead the team to develop innovative and cost efficient solutions and services which maximize business value
- Work with forecasting, capacity planning and financial follow up.
- Secure the Managed Service delivery
- Being an active member in the Workshop process IKB management team
You are a natural leader, who has the courage to drive change and take decisions along the journey. As a leader you communicate expectations and know that feedback is vital in driving the development of both team and individuals. Having a close dialogue and co-operation with the business is natural to you, as is understanding your team’s deliverables.
You have good knowledge in IT and like to handle both strategic and technical discussions. You have proven experience from coaching and leading teams in their journey towards continuous delivery. Working with budget, capacity planning is part of your daily work. In addition to Swedish, you need to be proficient in written and spoken English.
