Scrum Master to Digital Dealer Program, Services Delivery IT, Scania IT
The ongoing program Digital Dealer will help establish efficient dealer operation by providing correct and optimized information to all the sales and service employees aligned with the sales and service processes, to improve customer satisfaction and business.
In order to successfully support this program, the group Digital Dealer within Services Delivery IT will, together with the business, transform towards improved flow orientation with focus on agile ways of working, cloud computing and open source technologies.
We are now looking for a Scrum Master with a keen interest in software development and agile methods, who wants to join this section and help us to delivering the future IT solutions in this area.
As a Scrum Master within the Digital Dealer program, you will play an important role in the team with responsibilities for facilitating the agile work and coaching members on their way to becoming a high-performance team.
The agile team will be self-organising and have a high level of interaction with the operation thanks to colocation of the project’s members. Close cooperation with the markets around the world will also ensure rapid feedback during development and the analysis process.
In addition to the role of Scrum Master, you will also have an opportunity to carry out other activities within the agile team, such as requirement specification, testing or development.
You will probably have a background as a Scrum Master and/or developer, test manager, technical supervisor, maintenance manager or IT project manager.
We are looking for someone with
- Experience and knowledge of agile methods within software development
- Individual drive and the ability to lead others
- A passionate interest in team work and improvement work
- Very good written and spoken English, preferably also Swedish
- A degree in IT or similar experience

You will also have good cooperative and communication skills. It is also important that you are able to take the initiative and work independently.
